Chicken & Beef Satay Appetizers with Peanut Dipping Sauce

Marinate beef for 30 minutes to 2 hours and chicken for 30 minutes to 1 hour in Satay Barbecue Marinade. Remove beef and chicken strips from the refrigerator and thread the strips on the skewers. Discard remaining marinade. Grill beef for 1 minute on each side for medium-rare and 1-3 minutes for the chicken until chicken is cooked throughout with no pink in the center. Turn occasionally. Remove from grill and top with carrots and green onions. Serve with Peanut Dipping Sauce.
