A sister to the Pescadero Sourdough, the Arcangeli Old World Sourdough, is a flatter, much denser, and more sour flavored loaf. This is a true old-fashioned rustic sourdough that sourdough-lovers are sure to enjoy. In the 1930's my great grandfather called this loaf Ravioli Bread because of the diamond shaped cuts in the hard crust.
