Yesterday, my wife and I stopped by the store. We just wanted to let you know how much we are enjoying the garlic herb sourdough and bleu cheese stuffed olives. I have good memories of your bread since I was a kid in the early 1980's. My grandmother , aunt and uncle had a place in white house canyon. We used to stop by almost every weekend for your bread and groceries. The bread NEVER made it back to the house. Keep up the good work. You are bringing happiness to all who visit. God bless.

When I learned that I had an opportunity to go to Santa Cruz after more than 15 years absent, I was thrilled. After having grown up in the mountains and hills, after having come to know many of the local rangers and park volunteers, after having volunteered myself, it was a real treat to be able to come back home.And the smell of the bread in Norm's market in Pescadero was a big part of that. After a long day at Bean Hollow and Butano, I would make my way to town to enjoy the local scene.

Saturday morning of my visit I hurt my shoulder bad enough to have to cut my trip short. I was not able to make it up coast to Pescadero. I was quite sad to say the least. But then I discovered your online store! And I ordered my favorite breads and a few other items. They arrived quicker than expected and opening the box was like opening the door to the store. My office mates were jealous and hungry. A hearty thank you from a past hill-stomper - so glad to be able to get your breads delivered to my door and to share the love that is Arcangeli bread!

The raves on the gift boxes were incredible this year. The Classico took first honors across the board. You have a five star winner with that bread$

We happened to stumble across your store back in April when we were driving up highway 1. I have to say we had the best sandwiches from you of our entire 3 week stay in California. I was really impressed with the lines that you stock and was desperate to try your artichoke bread - unfortunately we didn't as we were just too full with your sandwiches and were en route to San Francisco. And our suitcases were at bursting point too! I wondered if you ship to the UK as I'd love to order a few bit and pieces from you. Does your part baked bread travel that far?

My family & I took a drive down to Pescadero almost 2 weeks ago. Among the many lovely stops we made your grocery shop was tops!! My husband, daughter & I totally looooooved your fresh baked bread! We enjoyed a loaf for lunch in your picnic area. We took an artichoke loaf home for later as well as a jay of olallieberry jam-- oh my goodness, absolutely amazing, so delicious!! Easily my new favorite jam & bread.

We purchased several bottles of lemon-stuffed green olives at your Pescadero store, and now want to consider replenishing our supply by mail order. However, I do not see this product offered on your website. Would you please let us know how to obtain them?

Saturday: received reply from business owner.
Saturday night: placed online order, with substitution instruction. Shipping cost not outrageous.
Sunday: order packed for shipping and customer notified.
Tuesday: products received--packed carefully.
That's what I call comprehensive, excellent customer service. Thank you.
