Season Ribeye steaks with fresh ground pepper and kosher salt. Grill over high heat until desired doneness: rare,medium, or well done
Note: Five minutes before you take the neat off the grill, slather the steaks with Rasberry Chipotle Barbecue Sauce.
Let the meat rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.
