Chicken & Beef Satay Appetizers with Peanut Dipping Sauce

• 1 ½ lbs skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into wide strips
• 1 lb skirt, fl ank or sirloin tip steak, cut into thin, wide strips against the grain
• 1 13oz bottle of Satay Barbecue Marinade
• 1 13oz bottle of Peanut Dipping Sauce
• 1 cup of carrots, julienned
• 1 cup of green onions, julienned
• Skewers, if wooden, soaked in water 20-30 minutes
