Arcangeli's Cioppino

  • 2 Cups chopped onions
  • 6 Cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 Bell peppers chopped
  • 1 Cup parsley
  • 1 Tsp. dry basil
  • 1 Lb. Slice mushrooms
  • 1 Tsp. Thyme
  • 1 Tsp. Oregeno
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Pepper
  • 1 Tsp. Rosemary
  • 1 Tsp. Red Pepper
  • 2 Cups Red wine
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 17oz. Cans of stewed tomatoes
  • 1 10oz. Can of tomato paste
  • 2 24oz. Jars of San Francisco Style Cioppino Sauce
  • 1 17 oz. Can tomato sauce
  • 1 Cup chopped celery

Saute all the veggies and spices in the oil for 6-10 minutes. Add the other ingredients and simmer 25 minutes. Then add the crab, shrimp, scallops, clams and fish of choice and simmer another 25 minutes. Enjoy.

Chicken & Beef Satay Appetizers with Peanut Dipping Sauce

  • 1 ½ lbs skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into wide strips
  • 1 lb skirt, flank or sirloin tip steak, cut into thin, wide strips against the grain
  • 1 13oz bottle of Satay Barbecue Marinade
  • 1 13oz bottle of Peanut Dipping Sauce
  • 1 cup of carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup of green onions, julienned
  • Skewers, if wooden, soaked in water 20-30 minutes

Marinate beef for 30 minutes to 2 hours and chicken for 30 minutes to 1 hour in Satay Barbecue Marinade. Remove beef and chicken strips from the refrigerator and thread the strips on the skewers. Discard remaining marinade. Grill beef for 1 minute on each side for medium-rare and 1-3 minutes for the chicken until chicken is cooked throughout with no pink in the center. Turn occasionally. Remove from grill and top with carrots and green onions. Serve with Peanut Dipping Sauce.

Huevos Rancheros

  • 4 boiling potatoes
  • Garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • Spicy Six Pepper Salsa
  • Salt, pepper and cayenne
  • Sour cream

Boil potatoes until barely tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and cool under cold, running water. Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch pieces. Heat a cast iron skillet. Add oil and butter. Add onion and saute until tender. Add potatoes and season with salt, pepper, cayenne and garlic salt. Cook until lightly browned and crisp. In a separate pan prepare eggs as desired (scramble, fry or poach). Sprinkle eggs with cheese and cover pan to melt. Serve potatoes topped with eggs, salsa and sour cream

Pork Roast with Apricot Ginger Teriyaki Glaze

  • 2,2-3 lb. boneless pork roasts
  • 1 13oz bottle of Apricot Ginger Teriyaki Glaze
  • 1/2 cup of dried apples
  • 1 medium onion chopped

Place pork in 5-quart slow cooker and pour entire bottle of Apricot Ginger Teriaki Glazeover pork. Add dried apples and onions. Cover on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours until done.
Discard glaze.

Serve with rice and a simple green salad.

BLT Lettuce Roll-ups

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, separated into individual leaves
  • 16 pieces cripsy bacon
  • 1 12oz bottle of Toasted Onion Ranch Dressing
  • 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 4 medium ripe tomatoes, diced; or one 16-oz. can diced tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion chopped

Per Roll-up:

Place 2 leaves of lettuce on top of each other to make a cup. Add half of a diced tomato (about 1/4 cup). Crumble two strips of bacon and add 1/8 of sliced avocado. Drizzel with Toasted Onion Ranch Dressing. Roll up the lettuce like a burrito. Serve extra dressing on the side for dipping.

This recipe is fun and easy and the perfect hand-held for those on the go.

Grilled Hamburgers with Smooth & Spicy BBQ Sauce

  • 2 lbs. of ground chuck
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • 1/4 Cup of Smooth & Spicy Barbecue Sauce

Ribeye Steak with Raspberry Chipotle Barbecue Sauce

  • 4 Ribeye Steaks
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • Kosher salt
  • 1 Bottle of Raspberry Chipotle Barbecue Sauce

Season Ribeye steaks with fresh ground pepper and kosher salt. Grill over high heat until desired doneness: rare,medium, or well done 

Note: Five minutes before you take the neat off the grill, slather the steaks with Raspberry Chipotle Barbecue Sauce. 
Let the meat rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.

Strawberries Dipped in Chocolate Fudge Sauce

  • 12 large dipping strawberries
  • 1 Bottle of Chocolate Fudge Sauce

Wash 12 large dipping strawberries and pat dry with a paper towel. Let the strawberries sit on a paper towel until completely dry.
Spoon about one cup of Chocolate Fudge Sauce in a bowel and microwave for about one minute or until the sauce is thin enough to dip the strawberries. 
Dip the strawberries in the chocolate sauce and let them rest as the sauce starts to harden the on the berries.
