Pork Roast with Apricot Ginger Teriyaki Glaze

Serves 8-10

Place pork in 5-quart slow cooker and pour entire bottle of Apricot Ginger Teriaki Glazeover pork. Add dried apples and onions. Cover on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours until done.
Discard glaze.
Serve with rice and a simple green salad.
